Dolphin and Seal Show Timings:

Sunday to Saturday:

  • Dolphin & Seal Show – 11:00, 14:00, 17:00.
  • Exotic Bird Show – 12:15, 15:15, 18:15.
  • Swimming with Dolphins – 10:45, 13:30, 14:30, 16:15.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. You can request private vehicle transfers for additional charges.
  2. It is a must to download the ticket from the Booking Admin Panel and carry it separately.
  3. You can only use tickets once, and they are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
  4. Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged in any manner.
  5. The tickets once issued will not be refunded or canceled.
  6. Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime.
  7. The venue is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
  8. Seats are subject to availability.
  9. Suitable for all age groups.
  10. Children below two years old are free.
  11. Children two years old and above need a valid child ticket.
  12. Guests twelve years old and above need an adult ticket.
  13. All entrants need an NOL card with a credit of at least AED 5 (for each guest) to enter Creek Park. This charge is made by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable. If guests don’t have an NOL card, they can purchase one at the gate for AED 25 by CASH.
  14. For water activities, children must be 8 years old or above and confident swimmers.
  15. The venue usually provides basic facilities such as seating, refreshments, and souvenir shops.
  16. Pregnant women and people with injuries will not be allowed to swim with dolphins.
  17. Swim with Dolphins’ sessions will remain operational and accept bookings for this period.
  18. Operational days and timings are subject to change during the holy month of Ramadan.
  19. Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to refuse entry and to eject individuals for inappropriate behavior without refund or explanation.
