Day 1Arrival

Arrival at Zvartnots International Airport. Meet and greet to Yerevan. Transfer to your selected hotel. Checkin and rest.

Day 2Yerevan City Tour/ - Garni – Geghard - Vernissage

After some rest city tour around Yerevan the history of which goes back to 8th c. The sightseeing tour includes visit to Republic Square, Northern Avenue, Opera House with Swam Lake, Cascade Monument which is considered to be the center of art of the city as here you can find unique sculptures. In the evenings the place is becoming more charming with all its lights and people from all over the world. Departure to Garni Pagan Temple from 1st c. The temple was built by Armenia King Tiridates and was dedicated to the God of Sun Mithra. Garni is the only Hellenistic temple existing nowadays in Armenia. The stairs of the temple are made huge and high which means that every human being climbing up the stairs is condescending to God of Sun. Visit Vernissage flea market which offer many kinds of national souvenirs, jewelry and many traditional items. Continue our journey to Geghard Monastery (13th c.) – a monastery which is hewn out from a cave. The monastery had been originally named Ayrivank meaning “the Monastery of the Cave”. The name commonly used for the monastery today, Geghard, or more fully Geghardavank meaning “the Monastery of the Spear”. The monastery is also included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. Overnight at the hotel in Yerevan.

Day 3 Yerevan/ Tsaghkadzor / Sevan/ Yerevan

After breakfast departure to Tsaghkadzor. The resort town of Tsaghkadzor (Gorge of Flowers) – town of forested mountains. Walking tour around the city. The most popular season to visit Tsaghkadzor is winter because of the famous ski resort which is the biggest in Armenia and attracts tourists and professional athletes from all around the world for skiing and snowboarding. Opportunity to ride up the ropeway which will take you to the peak of mount Teghenis from where opens breathtaking view to the forested town.

The road will take you to to Lake Sevan. Here, in Lake Sevan, which has a very beautiful peninsula, we are going to climb many stairs up to see the church located in the peak – Sevanavank, from where opens also a beautiful view to the “blue-eyed” lake. Back to Yerevan. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4Departure

Transfer to the airport. Departure home!
