- Private vehicle can be organized on request with additional charges
- It is must to download ticket from Booking Admin Panel and carry the ticket separately
- Tickets can only be used once and is not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever
- Lost, damaged and / or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner
- The tickets once issued will not be refunded or cancelled
- Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before show time
- Wheelchair and Stroller accessible
- Seats are subject to availability
- Suitable for all age groups
- Child Below Two (2) years old are free
- Child Two (2) years old and above needs a valid child ticket
- Twelve (12) years old and above needs an adult ticket
- All entrants need an NOL card. It should have a credit of at least AED 5(for each guest) to enter Creek Park. This charge is made by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable. In case, the guests don't have an NOL card, they can purchase at the gate for AED25 by CASH
